Notes: when choosing a transporter that is not included in the designated service provider list, the exhibitors shall assume all the risks and responsibilities; the sponsors and the conference have no liabilities for any issues (such as the extra costs required by the custom declaration) arising from the process. Additionally, the name, address, fax number, person-to-contact and detailed transporting materials shall be offered to the designated transporter for records.
